How it works — three steps

From feed to frontmatter in an afternoon.

  1. 01

    Point us at your channel

Paste your channel link or @handle — anything that resolves to your channel. Public channels only; that’s all we need. No passwords, no OAuth handshake, no fuss.

  2. 02

    We do the heavy lifting

Every video is fetched and transcribed end to end. Then the shaping begins: rambles become prose, episodes become chapters, years become a table of contents that actually makes sense.

  3. 03

    You shape the final cut

This is where it becomes yours. Tell us how you want it — formats, samples to follow, books to reference, wild requests we’ll happily try. Your book, your rules.

What you get

Made like a book, because it is one.

Chapter Three

The Sourdough Years

Everything I know about patience, I learned from a jar of starter on a Dublin windowsill. In episode forty-one — the one where the dough collapsed on camera — I said something I’d like written here exactly as spoken: “a failed loaf is still dinner.”

The viewers turned it into a motto. Three years and two hundred loaves later, it opens this chapter, because it turned out to be about more than bread…

The kitchen stayed the same size, but the experiments grew ambitions: a twelve-hour ferment filmed in ninety seconds, a rye that doubled as a doorstop, the birthday cake that collapsed — like the dough before it — with total dignity.

  • Prose, not transcripts

“Um, so, hey guys” doesn’t survive the edit. Your spoken words are shaped into readable, keepable prose — without sanding off your personality.

  • Front matter, done properly

A real table of contents, chapter openers, an introduction that sets the scene. The apparatus of a book, assembled for you.

  • Your voice, kept

Your phrases, your running jokes, your asides — the things your subscribers would recognise on the page. We keep the signature, lose the noise.

  • Reader-ready formats

A PDF for reading, an EPUB for e-readers, and a print-ready PDF for print-on-demand — all delivered as files you keep.

Made with the service — four real books

Not a mock-up. Four actual books.

Your book, your rules

You’re the editor.
We’re the typesetters.

Formatting suggestions, sample chapters to imitate, books you love as references, requests we’ve never heard before — bring them all. Every brief is read by a human and honoured where physically possible.

Nothing is final without your sign-off. You approve the structure, the edits, and the cover — then we export your finished PDF and EPUB.

Questions, answered

The colophon of details.

Which channels can be turned into books?

Any public YouTube channel — yours, or one you have permission to preserve. Paste the channel link or @handle; if it’s public, we can fetch it.

How does it actually become a book?

We fetch every video and its transcript, then shape the material: episodes become chapters, themes become sections, and spoken language becomes readable prose. You review and direct before anything is final.

Will it sound like me, or like a robot?

Like you. We preserve your phrasing, jokes, and asides, and you can hand us samples or references to match a particular tone. The edit removes noise — not personality.

What formats do I get?

A reading PDF, an EPUB for e-readers, and a print-ready PDF for print-on-demand services — every format arrives as a file you keep.

What about channels in other languages?

Transcripts come in whatever language your channel speaks, and we can typeset that or translate — your call, part of your brief.

Who owns the book?

You do if you own the channel — it’s your content, we’re just the typesetters, and you keep the finished files. If you don’t own the channel, the book is for your own use only.

What does it cost?

It depends on the number of videos to process, whether translation is involved, whether you want screenshots from the videos analysed and properly edited, and any extra requirements you bring. The pricing is very competitive and only involves a small 30% service fee plus the charges for the AI and other services. Submit your request and I’ll give you the best possible quote.

How much time will it take?

It depends on the number of videos to be processed — usually the delivery time is 1–2 weeks. The process involves continuous communication: I share sample drafts for your confirmation and we work through regular feedback until everything is finalized. Only then is the final run done. This is not an automated product — it’s manual work done by the creator for the best possible output.

Ten years of videos, or ten weeks. Either way, it’s a body of work — and a body of work deserves to be read.
